Briefy, we started to work as a sub-contractor of Bayındır Construction inc. in constructingİzmir - Urla - Çeşme Highway under the name of SGM Construction industry inc. Later on we have done epoxy and corrosion works of Botaş Ceyhan Yumurtalık in joint venturewith Intes Group under the name of HSG Construction and Corrosion industries Co.

The leading company of our group is Assaş Construction Trade and industry Co. and we havecompleted several infra and superstructural projects in inland and overseas countries. in thefollowing pages, you will find some photos of various phases of those projects.

SGM Trading
As a matter of fact,we are facing with many sectors in the commercial life. Most of these sectors arebased on productivity together with the profitability. SGM performs all the power plant installation processes from project design to procurement, construction and installation with its competent technical teams, produces energy from natural gas, lignite, hydroelectric, wind and fuel oil. It realizes the operation and maintenance of its plants on its own.

Petroleum Products

We are planning to activate our new company in the sector, named SGM Constructionand Petroleum Products Trade Co. Why petroleum products trade, because it is becoming mostpopular and valuable product, as an art product, on the world.

Ferrous Metals

The commercial activities of our company; on the other hand, are international trade in aluminum, copper and ferrous metals in the metal group. In addition, international trade in petrochemical products is among our subjects.

As SGM Trade, we have a bank loan of € 400.000.000 from one of the top 5 banks in the world for petrochemical project in Middle East.
